Bio
Taylor is the co-owner of Dorothy's, which has been a vendor at Green City Market since 2022. Dorothy's focuses on sourdough breads, bagel sandwiches, and pastries. The foundation of Dorothy’s is creating products that highlight local ingredients in an approachable and delicious way. Taylor heads up strategic growth for the business and looks ahead to what the future holds.
Taylor also has a career as a Web Producer with Maritz Global Events. Her work focuses on technology and customer service within the events industry.
Taylor has lived in the city of Chicago since 2014. In her free time, you will find her spending time with her husband (and co-owner of Dorothy's) Brian, their daughter Frances (Frankie); and their two rescue dogs Oliver and Luna. They enjoy spending time going for long walks in Lincoln Park, cooking together as a family, and exploring Chicago’s ever-changing restaurant scene. Taylor is a certified Sommelier and loves to travel to wine country all over the world.
